Gym for beginners,workouts for beginners,full body workouts
  • I know that so many guys are interested in gym and so many guys are not interested.who are really want to fit and strong those guys are follow my exercises that will give you a perfect body.
  • The exercise for beginners must do in their daily routine.
  • Here the exercise i will suggest you that make you strong and fitness.
On the first day of gym you will workouts these exercises

1. Jumping jacks

2. Incline push ups

3. Knee push ups

4. Push ups

5. Wide arm push ups

6. Cobra stretch

7.chest stretch

Instructions for above seven exercises it will help you how to perform exercise.

1. Jumping jacks


  •  Start with your feet together and your arms by your side,then jump up your feet apart and your hands over head.
  • Return to the start position then do the next step.
  • This exercise provide a full body workout and work all your large muscles.


 2. Incline push ups


  • Start in the normal push up position but your hands are elevated on the bench or chair.
  • Then push your body up down by using your arm strength.
  • Remember that your body in straight position.
  • It will give you strong arms and shape of chest.
  • Do 15 to 20 repetition as your strength depending and 3 sets.
3. Knee push ups

  • Start in the regular push up position,then let your knee touch the floor and raise your feet up off  the floor.
  • Next push your body up down with your arm strength.
  • This exercise will give you chest,triceps,back and shoulder.
  • Do 15 to 20 repetition as your strength depending and 3 sets.
4. Push ups
  • Lay prone on the ground with arm supporting your body.
  • Keep your body straight while raising and lowering your body with your arms.
  • This exercise works on chest,triceps, shoulder,back and legs.
  • Do 20 to 25 repetition and 3 sets.

5. Wide arm push ups

  • Start in the regular push up position but your hand spread wider than your shoulder.
  • Then push your body up and down with the help of your arm strength.

6. Cobra stretch

  • Lie down on your stomach and bend your elbows with your hands beneath your shoulder.
  • Then push your chest up off the ground as far as possible. Hold this position for few seconds.
  • Remember for doing this exercise don't move up and down only you can push up off and hold for few seconds to stretch your body.

7.chest stretch

  • Stand straight and up your hands horizontal and don't raise your hands above your shoulder.
  • And you can move back your hands until your chest will be stretch.
  • You can do this exercise any where your hands are stretch fully to back because your chest will works.
  • Another exercise of chest stretch
  • Find a door way,take a lungi position in the door way with your arms on the door frame and your elbows a little lower than your shoulder,then slowly bring your chest forward.
  • Hold this position for 30 to 40 seconds then slowly come out of it,bring your arms down.
  • Don't pull your head forward,and keep your neck relaxed.
These exercises for beginners,this exercises works very effective. This is the day one exercise you will do in your gym. Next exercise i will give you in next article.keep in touch.
